About Rebecca

As your hypnotist, my mission is to provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate environment for you to be released from old habits and destructive life patterns to realize your goals. It is important to me that you understand that you don’t have to live your life feeling stuck, sad, or filled with fear.  Your life can get better.  I’ll show you how.

Rebecca Wiener is the founder of Heal with Hypnosis LLC and is an experienced consulting hypnotist since 2004. She is the creator of the blog  “The Positivity Effect” and her monthly ezine “Happy Life News“.

With specialties in anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder, Rebecca is the only hypnotist in the Midwest to specialize in anxiety issues.

Her passion is helping clients to break free from debilitating worry and achieve peace.  During her hypnosis training, Rebecca was able to overcome feelings of social anxiety and hypnosis helped her to stop smoking easily since 2004!  Because hypnosis worked for her, Rebecca is passionate about helping her clients create and live their best life possible.

Additionally, she works with clients to move beyond rage, insomnia, self-sabotage, fear of dentists, fear of doctors and medical/surgical procedures, fear of MRI/CAT scans, fear of public speaking, fear of flying, stress management, and coaches self-hypnosis for relaxation and goal attainment.

Personalized Sessions for Each Client

Rebecca’s sessions are completely personalized to her clients’ goals.  Rebecca treats each client as they are–an individual with unique feelings and experiences–and creates custom programs for each client she serves.  Rebecca knows that it isn’t easy to ask for help.  It takes courage and a little bit of hope that something will finally work.  She is honored to serve those who seek her help.

Calming, Caring, Loving, and Nonjudgmental

Rebecca is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and holds a BA in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.  She is constantly continuing her hypnosis education and working on innovations in hypnosis. She has been described by her clients as calming, caring, loving, nonjudgmental, and “truly involved in helping me succeed”.

Heal with Hypnosis LLC is now located at 3500 South Kiwanis Avenue, Suite 104, Sioux Falls, SD 57106.  It is South of 41st on Kiwanis Avenue next to Dakota Sport in the same building as Tri-State Endodontics.
