WITH REBECCA

Am I going to cluck like a chicken after this conversation?

[Laughter.] That is usually what I am asked when I tell someone I am a hypnotist.  I do not mind the question because it gives me a chance to acknowledge their misunderstandings about hypnosis and explain the kind of hypnosis that I do.

We have all seen or heard about the stage hypnotists that get the volunteers that will go to great lengths to entertain that audience.  These participants are not under the control of the hypnotist; they want to make the audience laugh. They are still in control. By following the suggestions of the hypnotist they are part of a wonderfully funny and entertaining show.

The kind of hypnosis that consulting hypnotists do is quite a bit different.  The most important thing to understand about stage or hypnosis for self-improvement is that you are in complete control of your thoughts, actions, and everything that you share with your hypnotist.  You can never be made to do anything against your will, nor will you reveal anything you don’t want to reveal.  The hypnotist is a skilled facilitator who guides the process.  You will always be aware of what is going on and feel safe. I’m here to help you reach your goals.

Hypnosis is a completely natural process of deep relaxation and fixation of attention. It is a heightened concentration of the mind, similar to day dreaming or meditation, easing the facilitation of communication with the subconscious and allows increased response to suggestions that are in line with your goals and values. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I am your guide and will coach you on self-hypnosis for improvement.

Hypnosis is not an emptying of your mind. It is an organization of your thoughts. Hypnosis is not counseling or psychotherapy. Many consider hypnosis an extremely valuable therapy that can help you find your confidence, self-worth, and inner peace from inside, based on your own ability to resolve the stresses of the past and acknowledge your past and present successes. (Yes, you have many you’ve never even thought of!) This creates a deep sense of self-trust.

How long have you been doing what you do and how did you become a hypnotist and mindset coach?

I’m in my 19th year as a hypnotist and coach. It’s gone by so quickly and I’ve learned so much. I am so blessed to have a passion that allows me to learn and grow every day. I became a hypnotist after a friend introduced me to the concept and I discovered the idea of the rapid shifts. I’ve always been passionate about helping people find solutions. My undergraduate degree is in the field of psychology and my graduate studies were focused on health psychology. I was so thrilled to discover work that allows me to help so many clients connect to themselves and heal.

Who are your clients exactly?

My clients are normal everyday people. Some of them are high profile…and some of them are your co-workers. I’ve worked with people across many faiths, careers, and ages. The vast majority of my clients are women who are in charge of their career and income. They know and understand the value of feeling in alignment with their self-worth, values, goals, and vision. If the self-worth is not in a good place because of past trauma, they understand that impacts what they believe they deserve and feel worthy of achieving—in their business, financial, and personal life. I love working with women entrepreneurs and those who have the desire to make an impact in the world!

What sets you apart from other hypnotists and coaches?

What sets me apart is my deep spiritual connection, high empathy, and trust in my intuition. When working with a client, I can see the path of obstacles and help them uncover them and create healing and realignment with their self-worth and self-esteem.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me as your client?

As a woman who is in touch with her emotions and spirituality, I love to work with women who are willing to open, honest, and vulnerable. The ability to have the deep conversations and look at things from new perspectives are that which helps us to heal. Dr Wayne Dyer said, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” I only work with women who are willing to see things from new ways. Those new ways will open new doors. I’m a really great healing partner, and I only work with those who are will to return the favor.

The expectations are to be on time and fully focused during our sessions. When you show up and put in the effort during your sessions and then between sessions practice the tools you’re learning, you will get the results you desire.

What type of client is this not going to work for?

This will not work for a client who feels like they aren’t open to new ideas, they already know everything, they are closed off to growth, and they are not willing to invest time and resources into their growth and healing. Working together, growth is inevitable and it can truly be spectacular. I would not be a good partner to someone who is not willing to invest the time, energy, and effort into their healing. I cannot do all the work for you. I cannot help you shift your mindset without your full participation.

What exactly is the Whole Life Happy Method™ and what does it include?

The Whole Life Happy Method™ is based on the idea that you are the common denominator of your whole life. When some part of you is feeling blocked, stuck or out of alignment, then all areas of your life are impacted. When you feel in alignment, in flow, and operating from love, confidence, worthiness, trust in yourself…every part of your life feels better. You bring everything to the table and we heal with roots of the core issues across your life. They are usually connected!

Does this really work?

Yes, hypnosis works. Your brain is so beautifully designed to heal itself. We simply can do it so much more effectively when you change the subconscious mind because it is the subconscious mind that is running the show. It’s creating those automatic and habitual responses. When we heal trauma and emotional pain those automatic responses are from confidence and worthiness rather than self-doubt and fear of failure or rejection.

What results can I expect?

The results are based on your situation and goals. The most common request that I get it is this: “Rebecca, help me feel free.” That feeling of freedom comes with deep acceptance of the past and present. Whether it is a moment of shame or a sexual or physical trauma, you can find a feeling of acceptance and freedom in your mind. Your effort in hypnosis will not erase the event, it will make it so that your subconscious mind releases its obsessive focus on those events and replaces it with calmness. Shifting a sense of panic, anxiousness, rage, or sadness to calm, self-worth, ease, and confidence in yourself.

Can I contact your former clients to see what it’s like to work with you?

I would encourage you to look at my Client Love page for several testimonials. I work with clients from all different backgrounds and privacy and confidentiality is my number one priority. You can expect the same privacy.

How quickly can I expect results?

Hypnosis is so swift and connecting to yourself is so powerful, that you expect to have a major shift in your first session. That’s always my goal.

How can I guarantee myself that I’ll get results I am seeking?

The very best way to get the results you desire is to show up for each session. Simply be prepared and and log into your session on time.  Have your schedule cleared so that you can be fully present, and be open and honest. You’ll feel the shifts right away. The answers you seek are inside of you, we just have to calm your mind so that you can feel and hear that clarity.

How will we work together and what does the program entail?

We will work together on Zoom video conferencing. You will be able to be comfortable in your own space. We will spend time clarifying your goals, checking in and discussing your progress, and using hypnosis to help you reframe past experiences and build empowered, peaceful, confident new reference files.

How long is the program?

Most of my clients work with me for 8-12 weeks and some choose to have an ongoing monthly session after that. I also have a year-long program for people committed to showing up as a healed and conscious leader. Ask about the LIMITLESS LEADER program.

Do people ever re-up?

Yes, some of my clients choose to have a ongoing monthly session as a month-to-month solution to keep them on track and accountable.

What the investment?

The investment varies based on which program you are choosing. Programs start at $4400.

Do you accept insurance or credit cards?

Please consult your insurer and policy to see if they offer reimbursement. Some clients are able to use their flex spending or health savings account. The vast majority of my clients private pay. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, and consider brief installment programs.

OK, I know I want to do work with you! How do we get started?

I like to start everyone with a get acquainted consultation. You can book that here.

If I am not sure that I am ready to get started, how I can talk to you and find out what you’d recommend for me?

The consultation is the best way to get your answers. We will spend time discussing your goals and we’ll discover if we are a good fit. You can book that here.

I have a family and a busy life. Although I want to get stronger and feel greater control in my life, I don’t have much time to spare. How much time do I need?

All of my clients have families they love and active lives with big visions. The sessions require just a couple of hours each week. Many of my clients learn to love taking time out of their full and rich lives to focus on themselves. And from there, build habits of taking time of themselves that lasts long after the sessions are complete.

Additionally, we offer a VIP Day Retreat in which we create a massive shift in just one day together. This comes with a follow-up session and Voxer support for two weeks.
